Guest Relation Executive (519SM) position available

Description/Comments

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Meet & greet clients and customers
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Meet the needs of the day to day general practice requirements
  • Management of appointment booking
  • Recording and updating customers information
  • Ensuring a smooth journey to and from the reception area and consulting room
  • Manage patient billing and mails

What we are looking for:
  • Good communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skill
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential
  • Professional appearance and a good work ethic
  • Knowledge of MS office software
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information
  • Close attention to details and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is desired
