Leigh Howard

Leigh has more than 20 years of experience in global recruitment. He has worked and been based in the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and moved to Malaysia in 2004 which he now calls home.
Leigh has previously held roles with several large international talent and recruitment businesses with a track record of successfully opening new offices.
Leigh has held roles with business chambers as Chairman of the Malaysia Australian Business Council (MABC) and Board Director of AustCham ASEAN.
Leigh is Director of other companies including Tradingpost.com.au one of Australia’s biggest online classified portals receiving 1 million visitors per month and RecruitCheck.com.au, an eCommerce services business providing online pre-employment screening for employers.
Leigh regularly speaks and presents at events on the Future of Work. He has been interviewed on television, radio and newspaper as an expert on talent acquisition issues. Leigh has degrees from two Australian universities in Commerce and Psychology.
Janice has worked in the recruitment industry since 1999 and gained diverse experience covering Asia, Australia, UK, US and the Middle East. Often regarded as a professional with passion for people and creativity, Janice is also enjoys working in collaboration to achieve best practice.
Janice was previously the Asia Operations Resourcing Manager for an international RPO business where she established and delivered outsourced recruitment solutions for global clients. Prior to this she was an In-House Recruitment Manager at Axon Global, presently known as HCL Axon Malaysia.
The programs she developed included Career Fairs, Induction Engagement, Recruitment ATS and Best Practice systems and processes. Janice has developed and trained staff for internal and external programs and projects.
Her vast experience in the recruitment field, allows her to contribute in the areas of talent acquisition methodologies, implementing processes and procedures, providing strategic and practical talent solutions.
Janice graduated from Auckland University Technology and holds
Train the Trainer Certification, Personality Profile and Assessment Certification (SHL) and is People CMM trained.
